Cancellation And Refund

If you wish to cancel your admission, you shall do so by sending us a request vide email on registration@ibcn2025.com along with your Confirmation ID.

  1. If the cancellation is requested 90 days prior to the IBCN 2025 event, you shall be eligible for a refund of 50% of the admission fee remitted by you.

    (or)

  2. If the cancellation requested is within 90 days of the IBCN 2025 event, you shall not be eligible for any refund and the admission fee remitted by you shall stand fully forfeited.

For eligible cancellations, refund would be credited into the same method of payment or the bank account in 7-10 business days.
